Kayleigh Corjay excelled at the net for Lakeside in a 3-0 home volleyball win over visiting Sheridan Tuesday night.

Corjay had six solo blocks, two block assists and five kills. Also helping the Lady Rams were Olivia Lawrence (nine kills, seven assists), Gaylynn Green (five kills, 13 digs and a solo block), Hannah Whorton (19 assists) and Kailey Bausch (16 digs).

Lakeside's junior varsity (5-1) won 25-23, 25-19 over Sheridan. Claire Monte recorded 12 kills, five digs and two aces and Cailin Ward four kills, 10 assists and eight digs. McKaila Davis had nine assists, Ainsley Rottinghaus five kills and MC Cowen and Daelynn White a combined 17 digs.

Both Lakeside teams travel to Camden Fairview today for conference action.

Lakeside's eighth- and ninth-grade teams play Fairview at home today after splitting with Pulaski Academy on the road Tuesday night.

PA handed the eighth-grade Lady Rams their first loss in four matches, 25-14, 25-16. Lady Rams Vivien Mardis and Emilee Bates teamed for seven winning serves.

Lakeside's ninth-grade team (4-0) won 25-14, 25-19 with strong play from Maddie Trusty, Ava Monte, Haley Fauber, Natalie Jennings, Adachi Igbokidi, Katie Ballard, Jaiden Drake, Alexis Drake and Macy Landry.

* Fountain Lake recorded 57 kills, 24 by Olivia Cox and 21 by Emoree Martin, in a 3-1 road win over Ashdown Tuesday night.

Scores were 25-22, 25-18, 23-25, 25-15.

Anna Bearden served 10 winning points as Fountain Lake's ninth-grade team won 25-14, 20-25, 15-12. Jaylin Rhodes' 18 winning serves sparked the Lady Cobra eighth-grade squad to 25-20, 18-25, 15-11.

The Lady Cobra varsity is 7-0 for the season, 3-0 in conference, entering today's match at Arkadelphia.

* Host Lake Hamilton swept three varsity games and two in the junior-varsity match against Hot Springs Tuesday night.

Jamie Broadway led the Lady Trojan varsity with nine digs and four kills in a 25-15, 25-8, 27-25 match. Jaidan Thomas had six digs, five blocks and a kill, and Breunna Collins had three kills and a block

Lake Hamilton's JV team won 25-11, 25-20.

* On Thursday, Hot Springs' varsity won 27-25, 13-25, 27-25, 25-22 against El Dorado, Iona Island leading the Lady Trojan JV with 17 points (nine aces) in a 25-15, 25-19 triumph.

Broadway had nine kills, seven digs and 10 assists against the El Dorado varsity. Thomas added 14 digs with four kills and Xavia McCoy totaled 12 digs and seven kills. Also contributing were Jenna Fazio and Briana Aldaz with Collins recording five kills and four blocks.

The Lady Trojans host Texarkana and Lake Hamilton travels to Magnolia for matches today.
